Find out more about the Mercedes EQC
Due to go on sale in mid-2019, the Mercedes EQC will be the German brand’s first fully electric SUV. It marks the launch of the EQ range dedicated to electric mobility, heralding a new era in Mercedes’ electro-mobility strategy.
The Mercedes EQC is powered by two electric motors, one at the front and one at the rear, generating a combined output of up to 300 kW and 765 Nm of torque. These motors are managed independently, each with a specific role: the front motor is designed to maximise fuel efficiency, while the rear motor is primarily used for more dynamic driving phases.
In all-electric mode, the Mercedes EQC offers a range of up to 496 km with a fuel consumption of 217 Wh/km.
In terms of performance, the EQC reaches a top speed of 180 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds.
