Battery of the Renault Kangoo Z.E. version : 22 kWh

The 2011 version of the Renault Kangoo Z.E. is equipped with a 22 kWh lithium-ion battery. The battery consists of 48 modules, each containing 4 lithium-ion cells. Each cell has a capacity of 60 Ah and a nominal voltage of 3.75 volts. The battery’s nominal voltage is 330 volts, and it is capable of delivering a maximum power of 44 kW.

The Kangoo Z.E. equipped with this battery has an official range of 170 km according to the NEDC homologation cycle. In terms of recharging time, the battery can be recharged to 80% in around 6 hours on a standard 3.7 kW household socket.
